Great news! United Healthcare approves CXL predetermination Appeal! Avedro’s Reimbursement Customer Hub (ARCH) has assisted in overturning United Healthcare’s initial decision with successful appeals that denied Crosslinking with Photrexa Viscous (riboflavin 5’-phosphate in 20% dextran ophthalmic solution) and Photrexa® (riboflavin 5’-phosphate ophthalmic solution). UHC1 reversed the original denial and determined the services to be covered.
